In our words
What we wove into this one
Chiffon takes the chill off a sunset wedding without hiding the dress underneath. We wove this piece light and smooth with a soft drape across the collarbone. It packs into a small clutch and shakes out clean when the reception moves outside.
The slate weave
A cool gray tone that softens bright outdoor light and pairs quietly with evening wear. The plain weave lets air move while breaking the drafts off the water.
Shoulders and neck
Wear it open across your back, looped at the throat as a scarf, or pinned loose. The fabric has enough slip to drape naturally without clinging.
Packed small
It rolls down into almost nothing between uses. Tuck it into a small handbag, pull it out when the sun dips, and the cloth opens right back up.
Washing the cloth
Wash by hand in cold water and lay it flat to dry. The lightweight weave dries quickly and keeps its smooth finish without fuss.
