How your hat travels
We weave it. Somebody else sends it
This page exists to tell you what we do not know, because a page full of confident delivery promises from a company that never touches your parcel would be worse than nothing.
Who actually sends it
Our retail partner. They hold the stock, they pack the box and they choose the carrier. Whatever you agreed to at their checkout is the arrangement that governs your delivery, start to finish.
What we cannot tell you
- When it will arrive, or what date they quoted you
- What the carriage cost on your order, or what it might cost on the next one
- Which carrier has it, or where it is sitting tonight
- Whether it crosses a border on the way to you
- Why something moved faster or slower than last time
None of this is coyness. We have no window into their system, so anything we said about it would be invention.
Where the real answer lives
In the account you paid from. Open the order and the delivery detail is on it, including tracking once the box is moving. That is the same screen their own help desk reads from, so you are looking at the source rather than a copy.
Nothing leaves this address
Our US address is a desk for post. No hat has ever been sent from it and none ever will be, so if you are looking for a sender address on a parcel, it is not this one.
The New Mart127 E 9th Street, Suite 610
Los Angeles, CA 90015
This is our studio address, not a shop. There is nothing to try on here, no counter, and no parcels to send back to it.
What we can help with instead
The parts of buying a hat that are genuinely ours.
| The question | Whose |
|---|---|
| Will this brim fold into a carry-on | Ours |
| Is this warm enough for a Chicago February | Ours |
| When does the box arrive | Our partner’s |
| What did carriage cost | Our partner’s |
| Which hat should I have ordered instead | Ours |
