Once you tap a buy button you are on their shelf, with their account, their payment and their delivery promise. We cannot see any of it, so these go to them:

• Anything about payment, invoices or getting money back
• Sending something back, and the window you have to do it in
• A missing item, a damaged box, a wrong colour in the bag

Give us the name of the hat exactly as it appears at the top of its page, and the colour if it comes in several. Nearly every hat we make exists in more than one shade, and the answer to a fit question can differ between them.

We read the inbox in the order things arrive and answer in the same order. No ticket numbers, no queue position, no bot writing back within seconds to say it has received your message.
