Ask the shop about the order

Once you tap a buy button you are in the shop, with its account, its payment and its delivery promise. We cannot see any of it, so these go there:

• Where the parcel is and when it should land
• Anything about payment, invoices or getting money back
• Sending something back, and the window you have to do it in
• A missing item, a damaged box, a wrong color in the bag

The help desk sits in the same account you paid from. It is the fastest route by a wide margin.

Writing so we can answer in one go

Give us the name of the hat exactly as it appears at the top of its page, and the color if it comes in several. Nearly every hat we make exists in more than one shade, and the answer to a fit question can differ between them.

We read the inbox in the order things arrive and answer in the same order. No ticket numbers, no queue position, no bot writing back within seconds to say it has received your message.
