What we wove into this one

Out on the skiff or along the riverbank, the midday glare bounces straight off the surface. We cut this hat from quick-drying nylon with side mesh to let the river breeze cross through. A wide downward brim shades your eyes, while the rear flap takes care of the collar line.

Wide circular brim

The stiffened cloth brim runs all the way around to keep low glare off your eyes while you watch a float or tie on a fly. It holds its circular shape even after getting damp.

Rear neck drape
