What we wove into this one
Frost on the windshield calls for a cap you can pull on without thinking. We knit this in a soft viscose blend with plenty of stretch to sit close without squeezing. Dyed deep ink black, it disappears under a winter hood or tops an overcoat on the train.
Viscose blend yarn
We chose a viscose blend that stays smooth and gentle against the forehead. It holds warmth through damp winter air without the prickle of heavy fibers, so you can keep it on through long walks.
Folded cuff
The turned-up brim gives you extra knit over the ears where cold wind bites hardest. You can adjust the fold deeper or roll it shallow depending on how much forehead you want covered.
