Morning light cuts right across the windshield on the school run, and an unstructured cap settles that fast. We chose soft washed cotton in an ink black cloth that cuts the direct glare without feeling stiff on your brow. It pulls down loose, adjusts at the back, and lets you get on with the day.

Soft washed cotton

The cotton cloth starts soft right away, like an old favorite cap found on a shelf. It sits light over the head through long walks and keeps you cool when the afternoon warms up.

Adjustable metal buckle

The back strap adjusts with a metal buckle so you can loosen or cinch the band to suit your hair. An opening above the strap leaves room to pull a messy bun or ponytail clean through.

Unstructured crown

We left the front crown soft without rigid backing panels. It settles gently against the forehead, packs down flat into a tote bag, and shakes back out into shape without strange creases.

Care for the cloth

Rinse the cotton in cool water by hand when dust gathers from the trail or garden. Smooth out the crown with your fingers and let it air dry on a flat towel.
